This machine is specially designed for processing new energy high-voltage wire harnesses and is used for pretreatment before crimping HV cables. It can automatically complete the processes of stripping cable outer sheath, laser cutting aluminum foil, cutting and braiding, turning over braiding, and stripping cable inner sheath. The laser aluminum foil removal process does not damage the inner layer, and the aluminum foil residue is less than 2mm. The shortest braiding length reserved for cut braiding can be up to 5mm, and the maximum length for turned over braiding can be up to 30mm. One machine can be used for a variety of different wire diameters, and is suitable for processing high-voltage cables from 3 to 70 mm2.
