1、This is a fully automatic coaxial wire cutting and stripping machine, which is specially designed for processing semi-flexible coaxial cables with an outer diameter of 3~15mm, and can also be used for processing new energy high-voltage wires, power cables, etc. This machine is based on the KS-W88 series and specially improved for thick wires, with high processing accuracy.

2、There are 3 sets of cutters built in this machine: the rotary blade is used to cut through the wire sheath at the stripping position, and the cutting accuracy can reach 0.01mm. It can cut the wire sheath 360 degrees according to the cutting depth set in the program, so it can be precisely Cut through each layer without hurting the next layer; the flat blade is used to cut the wire, and its advantage is that the wire can be kept straight and not bent after cutting; the V-shaped blade is used to pull off the wire sheath of each layer. Both sides of the knife edge are equipped with an automatic air blowing device, which can blow away the waste wire sheath in time. Wire sheath ring cutting, wire cutting, and wire stripping are completed by 3 sets of independent cutters, and each process is carefully crafted, so it can achieve excellent wire stripping effect.

3、Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, the program can be stripped in up to 6 layers, cutting length, cutting depth of each layer and stripping length can be set in the program. The program memory function can store up to 40 sets of processing programs, and the processing parameters of different wire materials can be saved in different program numbers. When switching wire materials, the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key.

4、The wire feeding by the pulley greatly increases the contact area between the wire and the feeding wheel. The pressure of the wire feeding wheel can be set in the program without any mechanical adjustment. Different values can be set separately for the wire feeding pressure and the wire stripping pressure, so the processing accuracy can be guaranteed It does not crush the wire, and there is no indentation on the surface of the wire sheath.
