The clamping arm is pneumatically controlled. After the air source is connected, it will automatically open the clamping arm, put the wire in, and turn on the foot switch to automatically complete the twisting process.

The clamping handle adopts an exposed design, and the loose copper wire is also very easy to place. The elastic clamp wires do not need to be adjusted when the wire diameters are different.

This model has been upgraded on the basis of the gas-electric twisting machine, with a new automatic wire pulling device and an adjustable chuck opening size.

The clamping force of the chuck is determined by the strength of the spring, which can be increased to 5 to 6 springs.

If the thick wire slips outward when twisting, you can make a small groove in the center of the chuck. The size depends on the size of the wire.
